I charge $200 for a standard individual 50-minute counseling session.

In some cases a longer session may be necessary. If so, we will discuss this during the scheduling process. The fee for an 80-minute counseling session is $250.

If you are working with a third party provider, such as Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services, please let me know in advance. Specialized case coordination adds additional communication and reporting requirements, and as such, the cost for services may be higher than what’s listed here.

I accept OHP Care Oregon and Trillium Insurance. There are no out of pocket expenses for OHP/Trillium clients. These sessions are billed through your insurance.

If you have another insurance company, they may be willing to reimburse you directly, depending on their out-of-network claims policy. Please check with them for assistance. I provide super bills for client to assist in insurance reimbursement.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you call, message or email me to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. OHP/Trillium clients are not charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.

All fees are payable by debit/credit card before the start of each Telehealth counseling session.
